Dr. Manish Das, Advocate son of late Kulendra Das ( AFS ) and Rupali Baruah Das ( Entrepreneur ) and eldest grandson of Tamrapatra Awardee late Radhika Ram Das, Advocate – cum – Freedom Fighter , Former Principal of Gauhati University Law College and Former Minister of Assam.
Dr. Manish Das completed his law from Dibrugarh University, MBA from ICFAI, Dehradun and also PhD from Canada.
He won many competition and state level position holder in Moot Court, Debate, Quiz, Etc. Recently he made a World Record of Longest CV ( Curriculum Vitae ) at Kathmandu, Nepal and received Gold Medal from Govt. Organization and awarded by United Nation Center of India and Bhutan. He is a certified Graphologist and Certified Career Counsellor from USA, Educational Psychologist from UK , Skill India Trainner and also in MSME Projects. Now he is practicing mainly in Supreme Court of India, Gauhati High Court and It’s subordinate courts. He mainly deals in Corporate, Cyber Law, Civil, Human Rights, Criminal and Litigation. Beside this he was Awarded / Certified / Recognised by – IIT , NLU, ICAI , EIRC, EICASA, NSD , Indian Army, Govt. of India, Govt. of Assam, Bangladesh, Nepal, Greece, Turkey, UAE, Great Britain ( United Kingdom ) , South Africa, Thailand and many more, etc. Recently he was awarded with Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Award , Human Rights Award, SARC Award 2022, Edupreneur, 40 under 40 Leaders , 45 under 45 Influencial Indian, Best Author and many more.
He was invited as Chief Guest at Dibrugarh Branch of Annual Chartered Accountants Event 2022 , Chandra Kanta Hazarika B Ed College Dibrugarh, Centre of Juridical Studies of Dibrugarh University and many more events.
He is also member of ICJ ( International Council of Jurist ), ILA ( International Law Association) London, Life Member of the Bar Association of India, Rajasthan High Court and Assam Sahitya Sabha and also associated with many esteemed organization of India and abroad. He is Guest Faculty / External / Jury in Competitions of CJS, Dibrugarh University, NEF Law College – Guwahati and many Top Universities and Institutions of India. Beyond this he is Life and Motivational Coach / Public Speaker as Guest in Many Physical Events , Tv Interviews, Panel Discussion, Online Events, etc. Beside this He is a Journalist, writes articles, Columnist and Poet by Passion. He is the Founder of Indialawtimes, legalmagnet and Lexnext. The Assam Municipal Corporation Act, 2022 was his first Law Book and he is known as Rojmann as Pen name for Poems, Stories, Novel and many more.
