A: I am from Dibrugarh, Assam, India, and my journey in the world of entrepreneurship began when I was just 14 years old. Collaborating with my mother, I took my first steps into the business world. Over the years, my passion for knowledge and personal growth has led me to pursue various academic achievements, including MBA, LAW, PHD, and numerous other courses. Additionally, I take pride in being the author of 10 books and setting a World Record for the longest CV in India with 69 pages.
Q: What product/services do you provide? And how are you doing it differently?
A: My ventures cover a diverse range of industries, including education, travel & tourism, service, consulting, legal, and media. What sets us apart is our approach to each sector. We strive to infuse creativity and innovation into our services, constantly seeking ways to enhance the customer experience. This customer-centric approach has earned us a reputation for excellence.
Q: Can you share some key milestones or achievements that have played a significant role in your journey so far?
A: Certainly! Some of the key milestones in my journey include setting a World Record for the longest CV, obtaining a Ph.D. from Canada, becoming an esteemed author, serving as an advocate at the Supreme Court of India and the International Court, and receiving an Entrepreneurial Award. Each of these achievements has been instrumental in shaping my path and motivating me to reach greater heights.
Q: What challenges did you face along the way, and how did you overcome them? Any specific lessons learned from these experiences?
A: The road to success is rarely without obstacles. Throughout my journey, I encountered various challenges, but my unwavering determination and the support of my parents and mentors saw me through. I credit my grandparents, both paternal and maternal, for instilling in me a curiosity for knowledge and a global perspective. Embracing self-belief and fostering a constant hunger for learning allowed me to overcome these hurdles.
Q: Can you describe a moment or project where you felt a sense of personal success and fulfillment?
A: Certainly! Two moments stand out in particular. Firstly, receiving an award from the Minister of Nepal, and secondly, being recognized by the Ministers of India and Assam were truly gratifying experiences. These moments reinforced the significance of my work and brought a deep sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.
Q: What drives your dedication and commitment to your work or cause? Any core values or guiding principles that you adhere to?
A: The driving force behind my dedication is a simple mantra: “If not me, then who? If not here, then where? If not now, then when?” This guiding principle motivates me to push boundaries and embrace challenges. Moreover, I hold steadfast to core values such as integrity, perseverance, and empathy, which form the foundation of my work and interactions.
Q: Can you share a story or example where you made a positive impact in someone’s life or your community?
A: I find immense joy in being a source of inspiration and guidance for the next generation. Many of my students have approached me, expressing their gratitude for being their role model and mentor. Witnessing them achieve new milestones in diverse fields and locations fills me with pride and a sense of accomplishment.
Q: What is your vision for the future? How do you see yourself or your work contributing to a better world?
A: Presently, I have branches in Nepal, Bangladesh, UAE, and Thailand, along with 30+ branches in Pan India. My vision for the future is to expand even further, establishing 100+ branches across India. By providing quality education, exceptional services, and valuable contributions in the legal and media sectors, I hope to empower individuals and communities, making a positive impact on the world.
