LearnBix is a modern and innovative learning app for CBSE, ICSE, and State board students. Currently, we are catering for the students of class fifth to Class tenth. Our services are currently offered via various models like android-based applications, web applications, smart-TV content. We focus on mathematics, science (physics, chemistry, and biology), English grammar, and competitive exam foundation for class fifth to tenth.
Currently, we are offering our services for B2B and B2C segments. In B2B segments, we are offering white-labelled content services for various educational institutions, publication houses, ed-tech companies. We have various courses for the B2C segment.
In the upcoming few months, we are also launching low-cost and effective courses for coding, robotics, entrepreneurship aligned with the NEP-20. Our main aim is to reach the last mile student with our best services at very affordable rates. We are also launching our new experience centres where students will come and experience the learning model of Learnbix.
Currently, thousands of students are getting benefits from the various courses of Learnbix through various modes. Through the B2B model, we have helped around 20+ organizations and institutes in the establishment of their own e-learning content delivery platform.
What kind of offerings does LearnBix provide to its clients?
Currently, Learnbix offers the academic and competitive exam blended online courses for class fifth to class tenth students of various state boards, CBSE and ICSE boards. LearnBix offers thousands of high-quality video lectures from the experts from Kota, short notes for revision on the concepts, adaptive assessments and tests for the practice, concepts shots, mind-maps, sample papers, NCERT solutions, 24×7 doubts assistance, and much more.
LearnBix is developed by the renowned Biyani group of education. It ensures all concepts are well learnt, revised, practised, and assessed. Being an experienced leader, share with us your opinion on what impact has the adoption of modern technologies had on the education space and what more could be expected in the future?
Today’s world is the world of technology and with the adoption of modern technology, education is becoming more interesting and valuable. With the help of Artificial Intelligence, we can evaluate the learning outcomes of a certain course. The implementation of visual learning is showing great impacts on conceptual understandings.
With the help of smartboard and animated content, learning is becoming more practical. In future, the technologies like 3D printing, AI, robotics will change the way students are learning the concepts of science and mathematics. After the pandemic situation, the flip-based learning and hybrid learning models will now become more sustainable models in the field of education. In hybrid learning models, online learning and offline learning will go hand in hand, and they will give out more impactful results.
Taking into consideration the current pandemic, what initial challenges did you face and how did you drive Learnbix to sustain operations while ensuring the safety of your employees at the same time?
Our team always takes any situation positively and treats all challenges as opportunities. Initially, it took time for all of us to adjust to the routine of work from home but soon we worked on it and focused on the development of new products which will suit the hybrid learning. For safety purposes, we initiated a vaccine drive at our organisation for our team members as soon as the vaccine was made available to the public.
One of the biggest challenges faced by Learnbix was to convince the schools and educational institutes to adapt to e-learning and technology because they were reluctant to accept the change. But after looking into our product, many schools trusted us and their results and impact on learning solved all our future hurdles.
What would be your advice to the young generation?
For the new and future entrepreneurs, I would suggest doing work in the industry for a few days in which you want to start a business as it will build your personality with all the traits required for that business. Looking around there are many problems in society, and you can provide them with an innovative and affordable solution. Another piece of advice would be that stay client-driven. Solve all their queries. Give them the best services and do not ignore their complaints. Keep your eyes and ears open and always be quick to adapt to the changing times.
How do you envision scaling Learnbix’s operations and offerings in 2022 and beyond?
After the pandemic, the growth of e-learning boosted in the multi-folds. Now, with our expertise and great services, we are extending our services to various locations in India. Our vision is to become India’s most affordable and largest e-learning company by 1st August 2025. Till 2025, we are planning to launch our services in various states and have 1500+ happy employees. We have an incredibly positive outlook and have been building strong content, team, systems to make this dream possible. In terms of finance, Learnbix is currently bootstrapped and doing business with positive account numbers. In the future, we are looking for funding agencies for further improvement in our services and content.
What is your opinion on ‘The future of the education industry post-pandemic?
Before the pandemic, the education industry was mostly working into the offline learning model. But due to pandemic situations, everyone accepted the online learning model. But we should acknowledge the fact that online learning cannot replace the offline learning model. Both have their benefits. So, in the post-pandemic era, we would see the hybrid learning models will come forward and these models will be the future of the education industry. Due to many B2B start-ups like Learnbix, the educational institutes which were not able to invest massive amounts in content creations can now easily implement that solution cost-effectively. The students will get the most advanced and practical knowledge at their fingertips due to the implementation of the hybrid model. Access to high-quality digital material will become easier than ever before. We are looking forward to an incredibly positive business scenario for the education industry post-pandemic.
