He kicks start his career 10 years ago in Genpact with the designation of Process Associate for two years. After that, he joined a pharmaceutical company as an HR manager and served them for a year. At last, he reached Concentrix and continued there as a professional.
A multiple skill holder personality gave origin to NGO, Bajrangi Welfare Foundation along with the Bajrangi consultancy services company with the initiated tag of Bajrangi as his inspiration, the worshipped god Hanuman.
He starts his day by worshipping Lord Hanuman followed by his consultation services to fix the meeting of job seekers with the desired dream jobs. At last, he covers the day by NGO society welfare work. He works hard for 10 to 15 hours a day to get each face a smile and this makes him separate from a common man.
While he was plotting his innovative ideas for the improvement of society, the first step moved towards women’s empowerment and health facilities for them with the boosting life dose of education. He wanted to make them independent by enriching themselves with knowledge. He went through tough times but kept faith in himself and forced the situation to change.
As per his perception success is something that can’t be closed in a boundary but can be accomplished with dedication and hard work. He thinks that a positive network can support you in your professional upbringing as an entrepreneur.
