Disney+ Hotstar has published the trailer of “Bloody Ishq”, a horror film with distorted plot twists and a disturbing level of bloodiness. It shows how love will be able to keep one united and strong in the face of overwhelming worries and bad spirits when they attempt to control all their feelings. It has a way of turning into a horrifying nightmare at the worst possible situation. On July 26 2024, Disney+ Hotstar will launch the premiere of “Bloody Ishq”, starring Avika Gor, Vardhan Puri and Shyam Kishore. Talking about the film, Shyam Kishore, in a statement said that he feels very lucky that Vikram Bhatt thought to cast also him in “Bloody Ishq”. He is fond of horror genre and this is why he found to do is role was interesting and persuasive. Kishore also said that this movie is completely different from Bhatt’s previous one titled “1920: Horrors of the Heart” or “Mansion 24”. Shyam Kishore shares that he had a great time working in this film and to collaborate with all the other casting crew. He had an amazing experience with all the team and with Disney+ Hotstar on his detective character and added that this role helped him explore another layer of his inner abilities as an actor.

Even though he really enjoys making horror movies for his audience, Vikram Bhatt admitted that he is afraid to watch them himself. The filmmaker had a long-standing desire to create a horror love story, and when he mentioned the idea to Mahesh Bhatt, he warmly agreed to be a part of it, and “Bloody Ishq” happened. Vikram aimed to incorporate some horror film tropes—a gloomy setting, spectres, ghosts and spirits—into his story while still giving it his own unique spin and making a new blend of love story, suspense, and extreme fear. The director has no doubt that the film will make a lasting impression on the viewers of Disney+ Hotstar.
Mahesh Bhatt remarked that it is always a satisfaction to work on new films with Vikram, as their vision is very similar, and they are always in agreement about giving the audience what they would love to watch, expressing his thoughts. “Bloody Ishq” has unexpected and fascinating plot which will keep viewers hooked.
