A Man Rooted in Service
Born to Late Khoisnam Koba Meetei and Khoisnam Sanahal Leima, Dr. Tokyo hails from Pishumthong Oinam Leikai, Imphal West District, Manipur. His father, a hardworking hawker, instilled in him the values of perseverance and service—values that continue to shape his work today.
Currently, he serves as an Assistant Cum Data Entry Operator in the Social Welfare Department, Government of Manipur, specifically under the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) for Tamenglong & Noney Districts. His role ensures that children in conflict with the law receive proper legal support and social rehabilitation.
