Interviewer: Thank you for joining us! At just 21, you’ve already built a consultancy that’s making an impact. What inspired you to start Deep Consultancy?
Deep Consultancy Founder: Thank you! The inspiration behind Deep Consultancy came from my own struggles growing up. Coming from a Tier-3 city, I saw so many talented students and professionals struggle simply because they lacked proper guidance. Whether it was choosing a career, navigating financial challenges, or starting a business, I noticed that most people didn’t have access to the right mentorship.
I realized that if someone could provide structured guidance, these individuals could achieve far more than they imagined. That’s why I started Deep Consultancy—to help people take charge of their futures with expert guidance and mentorship.

Interviewer: Starting a business at such a young age must have been challenging. What obstacles did you face, and how did you overcome them?
Deep Consultancy Founder: Definitely! The biggest challenge was starting from scratch without financial backing or industry connections.
✔ People doubted me because of my age, telling me I lacked experience.
✔ Balancing personal struggles, including my father’s health issues, made it even tougher.
✔ Managing finances in the early stages was difficult, as I had no external funding.
But I refused to let these challenges hold me back.
✔ I invested time in self-learning, networking, and gaining mentorship from experienced professionals.
✔ I focused on action rather than waiting for the “perfect time” to start.
✔ I surrounded myself with people who believed in my vision and worked hard to prove the doubters wrong.

Deep Consultancy Founder: Yes! While we currently operate primarily online, we’re excited to announce that we will soon be launching physical consultancy centers.

✔ They will allow us to expand our reach beyond digital consultations and make our services more accessible.
This is just the beginning—we’re constantly working on new ways to provide better support and guidance to our clients.

Deep Consultancy Founder: The most important lesson I’ve learned is this:
