Coming from a small village Magudilu, Anthrasanthe talluk in HD Kote, Karnataka, he had nothing but a dream to create a better future for himself and those around him. The Struggles That Shaped Him

Mr. Nagesh’s journey wasn’t easy. Like many first-generation entrepreneurs, he faced a lot of challenges when he decided to start his own business. He moved to Mysore, an unfamiliar city, with little support and no connections. He tried his hand at multiple ventures, including Financial consultancy, solar energy, and property valuations, all of which eventually failed. But every failure only made him stronger and more determined.

With the support of his wife, Pushpalatha, Mr. Nagesh pushed forward. He never gave up, even when times were tough. His struggles, though painful, helped him understand the market better and develop the mindset needed to succeed.

Building a Model to Help Others Succeed

Today, Mr. Nagesh is the CEO of eight companies, including Atharva Business Services, Amacs India, Amay India, AVAS, Atharva Suites, Atharva Realty & Co. Atharva Life skills Foundation, Atharva Physio Care, and Atharva Branding Businesses. But what truly sets him apart is how he has built a model that allows others to share in his success without any investment or financial risk. He created the Referral Partner Model, a unique system where anyone can join as a referral partner and earn money simply by referring clients to his businesses.

With over 450 active referral partners, Mr. Nagesh’s model has changed lives. People who once struggled to make ends meet are now earning a steady income through his platform. The best part? In the healthcare sector, he launched Amay India (Atharva Multispecialty Ayurvedic and Healing Centre), focusing on disease treatment and body detoxification. His NGO, Atharva Life Skills Foundation, is dedicated to teaching essential life skills, such as public speaking and chess, to children.

In addition to these ventures, Mr. Nagesh recently started Atharva Branding Businesses, a company that offers branding and marketing solutions to help entrepreneurs build their brands and grow their businesses. This company helps business owners by creating strategies that set them apart from the competition, providing essential tools for success in today’s market. Other companies under his leadership include Atharva Suites (service apartments for corporate employees), Atharva Realty and Co (realtor services), and Atharva Physio Care (advanced physiotherapy).

Mr. Hemanth Kumar BJ, a retired industrialist, a gold medallist Engineer and in his Sixtees manages the operations of Amacs India. Mr. Mohammed Bilal Siddiqui, a branding expert and business coach, who has just steeped into his Thirties handles the marketing & Branding for all companies and is also the managing partner of Atharva Branding Businesses. Mr. Kumar Aradhya, who has a corporate background, is in charge of Atharva Realty & Co and isfocusing on expanding the real estate business to new cities like Tumakuru.

He is born in a Farmer’s family to Mr. Linganna and Mrs. Sundramma.  He is a proud father of two: his elder daughter, Jahnavi, and his younger son, Atharva. Interestingly, he named his son after his company, reflecting his deep commitment to his work and the legacy he wishes to build. His children serve as a constant source of inspiration, motivating him to succeed and create a future they can be proud of.

Expanding Into Untapped Markets

While most entrepreneurs focus on big cities, Mr. Nagesh realized early on that there is great potential in smaller towns. He decided to expand his businesses to tier 2 and tier 3 cities like Gundlupete, KR Nagara, and Tumakuru. These areas are often overlooked by major companies, but Mr. Nagesh saw an opportunity to create jobs and tap into local talent.

By focusing on these untapped markets, he has not only grown his businesses but has also contributed to the economic development of these regions. “I wanted to do something different,” Mr. Nagesh explains. “Big companies are already in metro cities, but there’s so much potential in smaller towns. By creating opportunities here, we’re making a real difference.”

An Entrepreneur and an Author

As Mr. Nagesh continues to grow his business empire, he is also stepping into a new role: author. His first book, “How to Start a Business in an Unknown Place,” is set to release by the end of 2026. In this book, Mr. Nagesh shares his personal experiences and lessons learned from starting businesses in unfamiliar places. The book is a guide for aspiring entrepreneurs who may not have the connections or resources to start a business but are willing to take risks and learn from their mistakes.
