Early Life
Mr. Atul Pandit Kadam hails from the small village of Barshi in District Solapur. He grew up in a family with parents and one brother. Due to difficult conditions in their village, his parents moved to Sangvi in Pimpri Chinchwad in 1985. Atul’s father found work at a garage in Bavdhan, while his mother started farming in Pimple Gurav to support the family.
Education and Career
Atul’s journey through school began at a Zilla Parishad School due to financial constraints. He completed his 10th standard in 2005 and his 12th standard in the science branch in 2007. With the dream of pursuing engineering, Atul enrolled in a college in Pune with the help of an educational loan. In 2012, he successfully completed his engineering education.
After finishing his studies, Atul worked in Chakan and Ranjangaon MIDC to support his family. Despite facing challenges, he remained determined to achieve his dreams. After gaining experience, he landed a job at Tata Technology Limited with a good salary.
Introduction to Stock Market
While working at Tata Technology, Atul became interested in the stock market. He observed his colleagues discussing their investments and profits, sparking his curiosity. Despite financial constraints, Atul began studying the stock market through various sources and took his first steps into stock trading in 2014.
Atul started teaching his friends about stock trading from home, leading to the establishment of ‘Supremo Traders Stock Market Training Institute.’ What began in a small room has now expanded to five branches.
Success and Expansion
Atul believes that the stock market is a viable option for anyone looking to earn extra income. He has trained over 7000 housewives through his institute, helping them achieve financial independence. Despite facing challenges in his business, Atul remains focused on expanding Supremo Traders across India and eventually internationally.
Philosophy and Approach
Atul values the well-being of his students and considers them as family rather than just clients. He provides a supportive environment for learning and trading, emphasizing the importance of people over money. Atul and his team at Supremo Traders work together to guide students towards success and self-reliance.
Supremo Traders Institute offers a free trading area for students to collaborate and learn from each other. Atul’s ultimate goal is to make Supremo a household name in India and beyond, with plans for further expansion.
