Venkatesh’s academic journey began at KL University, where he earned his B.Tech degree, followed by an M.Tech from JNTU. His thirst for knowledge led him to further earn a PG Diploma in Psychology and Counseling from Asian International University. These qualifications provided him with a solid foundation, combining technical expertise with a profound understanding of human behavior.
His professional career commenced as a Project Engineer at MEIL Company, a role he held for two years. This was followed by a stint as a Career Counselor at Byjus, where he spent another two years guiding students in their academic and career choices. These experiences provided Venkatesh with a diverse skill set and a unique perspective on the educational needs of students.
In 2015, Venkatesh took on the role of Academic Director at Sanghamitra Vidyalaya, his childhood school. Here, he played a pivotal role in transforming the rural education structure. His innovative approach and dedication to improving educational standards brought significant changes, ensuring that students in rural areas received quality education and opportunities to excel.
Driven by his passion for education and a desire to guide students through the challenges he faced during his own academic journey, Venkatesh founded Radeontech Company. Radeontech is a comprehensive educational services provider, offering a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of students and professionals. These include career counseling through DMIT software, training and placements in emerging technologies, abroad educational services, distance and online education, and a job portal facilitating job placements and career opportunities.
