A: My name is Aashish Kumar. From a young age, I aspired to be an entrepreneur. After gaining valuable experience over 5-6 years in various roles, I decided it was time to forge my own path and start my own business.

Q: What were some of the biggest challenges you faced when starting your business, and how did you overcome them?

A: The initial challenges were a lack of funds and credibility. As a startup, I didn’t have much capital, and gaining trust was difficult because we were new to the market. To overcome these obstacles, I focused on building trust with clients by providing high-quality services. Within a year, this approach paid off, and our company’s turnover reached 4 lakhs.

Q: What key market trends do you think will shape your industry in the coming years?

A: Innovation and effective execution of activities will be key drivers in shaping the industry. Staying ahead with new ideas and ensuring flawless implementation will be crucial for success.

Q: Can you share a story of how your product or service has significantly impacted a customer or client?

A: Certainly. An Ed-Tech institute in Pune started with a goal of enrolling 120 students in their first year. Through our mobile van advertising, we helped them achieve over 600 admissions. Their success was so significant that they had to expand from operating on the ground floor to acquiring the entire building.

Q: What are your personal and professional goals for the future?

A: On a personal level, I aim to create value for the community and the country. Professionally, my goal is to contribute to the growth of our clients by consistently providing them with quality advertising services.

Q: What motivated you to start your current business, and how did the idea originate?

A: I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur. The idea for my current business came to me during a journey where I noticed various hoardings. Although I couldn’t view them for long, they captured my attention. This led me to think about bringing advertisements directly to people where they live and work, thus the concept of transit advertising was born.

A: I would like to emphasize the importance of having confidence in yourself, maintaining a never-give-up attitude, and, most importantly, executing your ideas effectively. These principles have been crucial in my entrepreneurial journey.
