Renowned Kathak dancer Guru Shovana Narayan will be inaugurating the show, accompanied by masterful musicians and dancers such as Guru Elangovan Govindarajan, Marie Elangovan, Dr Meelu Verma, and Shri Subrata De. The dancers of Rini’s Music and Dance School will take viewers on a spiritual journey, immersing them in the beauty and grace of their art.

About the event:

From intricate spins to emotive expressions, this unique performance celebrates the rich heritage of Kathak and the transcendental power of Sufi traditions. Kathak maestro Rini Malaviya founded Rini’s Music and Dance School in 2002. She started her Kathak journey at the age of 5 and gave her first solo performance on Lucknow Doordarshan at 7. She was awarded the prestigious Alankar in Kathak Dance and Tabla from Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai. In the last 21 years, over 1,500 students aged 3 to 60 have been part of this exquisite school; many have graduated in Kathak dance and have participated in dance shows and reality shows. Her passion for Kathak is bringing an unforgettable evening of divine rhythm and movement to the world.
