Lub Lub is located in Gurgaon India and operates its flagship restaurant at Baani Square, Gurgaon. Lub Lub has expanded its operations in Manesar, Mohali, Gwalior, and recently opened outlet in Ludhiana.
As a corporate strategy, Lub Lub has embarked into the Indian market with a QSR Concept. The QSR model is chosen due to its investment level and associated returns. Scalability of QSR plays a key role in expansion with perfected Recipes and SOPs.
The FOCO (Franchisee Owned Company Operated) and COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) model are preferred as an expansion strategy.
Lub Lub spent more than 6 months in R&D phase while planning the concept. Till today, Lub Lub is extremely R&D oriented and believes in constant evolvement as a concept and brand.
In year 2015 the company commenced its operations with the QSR model and specialised in the Lebanese street Food concept under the brand Lub Lub.
Lub Lub has worked diligently on its back end processes & systems, and the same has been successfully implemented across all the outlets. Technology is in main stream adoption at Lub Lub across all the functions – sales, forecast, reporting, ordering across web and mobile platforms.
Lub Lub’s business is resilient as we’ve able to combat COVID and bounce back to sales similar to pre-covid times and have successfully added four more outlets in last one year
