NASA Pushes Back Crew-10 Return: Sunita Williams, Butch Wilmore to Stay in Orbit Longer

The SpaceX Crew-10 mission return has been delayed, meaning astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore will remain aboard the International Space Station (ISS) until at least March 19.

NASA officials have not disclosed any critical issues, emphasizing that the postponement is part of the routine safety review process. Mission teams are assessing factors such as spacecraft performance, weather conditions, and space traffic to determine the safest reentry window.

Once cleared for return, the Crew Dragon capsule will undock from the ISS and make a controlled descent before splashdown in the Atlantic Ocean.
