Punalik Fithealth is a wellness and health brand which works in association with GoFitness academy and Powermoves. The brand is headed by a fitness master with more than 23 years of experience. Growing stronger each day and standing powerful, the CEO and President Payal Madan Arora. She is a fitness mentor, a master trainer in Powermoves aerobics, certified in fitness, Yoga, Flexifit Pilates, Strength training, Nutrition and so much more. She is a healer, a mediation expert, happiness coach, an author, a mentor and guide. Her articles keep on publishing on women’s health, child’s nutrition, pre and post natal care and more. The listeners of 92.7 FM got an opportunity to listen to her on International day of Yoga. In her book, “Strong Soul” she has highlighted the importance of good health, realising goals and getting recognition is a motivator.
The motivating success of Power awards showcased that recognition is always respected and expected. The platform of Power awards has been a platform of recognition. People from various departments of work can join the award function. This year also, the team had received more than 250 nominations and 50 Awardees were selected. The selection was based on the work profile of the nominee and also based on their interest to share their work on social media and otherwise. These 50 Awardees were given away token of gratitude in the form of coupons, Trophy, certificate and Letter of appreciation. The ceremony also witnessed stupendous performances by Kumar Vishu and Diwakar Sharma who are both very elite and seasoned singers from Bollywood.
The ceremony began with the message from Punalik and the CEO Payal Madan Arora. This followed by Culture and Connect showcase by lighting lamp, Ganesh Vandana, Krishan Leela and Regional dance form.
