Before stepping into the world of consumer products, Swapnil Ghadge was deeply immersed in the hospitality industry. Known for his keen attention to customer experience, he carried those same principles into a different kind of hospitality — the one experienced inside your car.
“Cars are personal spaces. People spend hours commuting, traveling, and unwinding there. I wanted to elevate that experience by creating an in-car luxury ambiance that didn’t cost a fortune,” he explains.

DriftAura wasn’t born in a corporate boardroom. It began with an observation — the Indian market lacked premium, long-lasting car perfumes that were both accessible and elegant. With no background in manufacturing but a strong instinct for branding, Swapnil developed the product from the ground up.

“We didn’t even have a digital footprint. Everything happened offline — from sampling to retail testing to customer referrals. People loved the product so much, they became our ambassadors without being asked,” Swapnil shares.
